Authorized User Terms

These Authorized User Terms govern access to this platform for approved organizational purposes and supplement applicable written agreements.

Credential Security

Use only the credentials assigned to you. Keep passwords and access credentials confidential, do not share accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise.

Authorized Organizational Use

Use the platform only for authorized Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church purposes and only within the access and responsibilities assigned to your account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use the platform for unauthorized personal, commercial, or third-party purposes.

Confidentiality

Constituent, donor, financial, campaign, contact, relationship, and other nonpublic information accessed through the platform must be treated as confidential and used only by people with an authorized organizational need to know.

Copying, Export, and Disclosure

Do not copy, download, export, reproduce, disclose, transmit, or redistribute platform information, data, software, workflows, templates, or other materials except as authorized for approved organizational work and permitted under applicable written agreements.

Security and Audit Logging

Activity within the platform may be logged and retained for security, audit, data-integrity, troubleshooting, and accountability purposes.

Data and Platform Rights

Metropolitan AME Church retains ownership of its church-provided data and content. DIVA Team Productions, LLC retains rights in its software, frameworks, workflows, templates, methodologies, and reusable components, subject to applicable written agreements. Access to the platform does not itself transfer ownership or grant rights beyond authorized use.
